Pathways To Help You Connect With Your Baby

“There is no place for ideology in birthing. Each birth has its own story and we must respond to what the baby tells us.”
~ Gail Tully, SpinningBabies.com

Wyld Acres offers private appointments to pregnant women.  I am able to communicate between the mother and baby, relating questions, concerns, information, emotions, ideas, and images.  Sometimes a special, loving phrase or mantra is offered from the baby to the mother, intended to be used during labor, birth, and subsequent parenting of this baby.  Clients say that this work helps them to deeply connect with their baby, and many say it helped prepare them in a profound way for the birth.  Women tell me that this work has also helped them to heal previous trauma of a difficult or challenging birth.  Revisiting their previous birth story/stories and clearing out old energy helped them to welcome the upcoming labor and birth with renewed peace.

Pregnancy is a natural opportunity for women to encounter their own personal healing.  During these months, mothers can experience deep personal change across the board, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.  I recommend prenatal communication and energy work throughout the pregnancy, and especially during the last trimester.  It seems that is the period of time when the mother is most open and ready to hear what the baby is sharing, as well as resolved to integrate it.  Because of the vibrant dynamic and shifts between mother and child going on during these months, doing multiple sessions of energy work during pregnancy is encouraged, to help the mother connect with this child, and to support her in her response to the work.
